Financial & In-kind Support
Although we are a non-profit and largely volunteer managed farmers market, we do have expenses and materials needed to run the market. Receiving in-kind donations allows us to reserve our cash for things such as our market manager's salary, liability insurance and advertising expenses.
Cash donations are also very welcome. Since we are a 501(c)4, your donation is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution but just come down to the Sunday market if you want to see your donation at work!
Email us if you would like to make a cash or in-kind donation, or are interested in becoming a market sponsor.
Glad you are interested in helping out. It takes a village to run a community organized farmers market!

Volunteering is a great way to get involved in your community, turn neighbors into friends, and for students to get those needed service hours. Whether you’re interested in rolling up your sleeves and helping on market Sundays, or helping on a committee or special project, we’d love to have you join us!
Market Sundays - We need day-of help with market tasks ranging from
set-up and take-down, helping at the information tent, and welcoming shoppers. Volunteers cannot have any symptoms, be sick, or have been around any Covid-19 positive individuals. We ask all volunteers to wear masks and gloves, which we can provide if needed.
Volunteer Spotlight - In addition to helping on market Sundays, we're especially in need of people to help post updates to our Facebook and Twitter feeds and moderating those sites. Are you a techie or budding writer? This job's for you! Email us for more information.
Other Opportunities - We also need volunteers to help with other market needs such as organizing special events, serving on our market committee, helping with publicity for the market and vendors, feeding social media, seeking donations, writing newsletter articles or grant applications, and taking pictures for the website and market materials, just to name a few. If you have an idea that's not included here please email us - we'd love to hear from you!
